Computer Problems

An Ubuntu desktop

Hey guys.

You might have noticed that I haven’t posted anything for the past few days. I’m really sorry about this. There are a few reasons for this:

  1. I’m at AwesomeMath
  2. I HAD TESTS TODAY. e^i\theta=\cos{\theta}+i\sin{\theta}
  3. My computer is… kind of broken

Let’s get started.

AwesomeMath

We learn math. We have tests. We have class on Saturday. I’m really tired right now because of all the tests that I took. Wow.

Now you know what it’s like to be sick and be at AwesomeMath and be sleep deprived and have two cups of coffee to get through the day and then not have coffee at dinner and then be really tired and then blog.

Sorry for the horrible quality of the writing in this section.

Computer

Even though AwesomeMath does take up a lot of time, the majority of the reason why I wasn’t blogging is because of my computer.

I was using my computer, and weird stuff started happening. Sophos deactivated itself and then reactivated itself. Programs started crashing. Weird stuff started happening. Initially, I believed this to be a virus. However, after erasing my SSD and attempting to reinstall OS X, more weird stuff happened.

OS X refuses to install. First, it’s a copy error. Next, it’s a random unlabeled error. However, the install seems to work on an external 32 GB drive.

Now, I’m running Ubuntu on an external USB drive.

I ordered a new SSD, and hopefully my computer will be fixed as soon as I get back from AwesomeMath, as I only have one day.

But I see Windows…

Yay!
